For all orders, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. After all, you are ordering a unique, handcrafted item which will be created especially for you! If your order will take longer for any reason, you will be notified.

All orders must be prepaid. Phone or email orders must have a credit card number. Credit cards will not be charged until the day your order is shipped.

If you would prefer not to send your credit card information over the Internet, you have other options: 1) You can fill out the items you are ordering, then write "Will Call" in the line where the credit card number should go, and transmit the order. Then call me TOLL FREE at 1-877-731-GEMS (4367)between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time any day except Tuesday to give me your card number. 2) If you have a PayPal account, you can fill out the items you are ordering, then write "PayPal" in the line where the credit card number should go, and transmit the order. I will then send you a PayPal invoice. 3) You may transmit your order and then send a check while the order is being processed. Your order will then be shipped when the check is received and clears my bank (5 -7 business days).

Note that I process all orders manually. I will acknowledge any online order personally as soon as I receive it. Obviously that means that if you order in the middle of the night, it will be the next day before I will be in touch with you. I will confirm the specifics of your order and ask any questions I might have at that time. Please be sure to fill out all information as completely as possible, but don't worry about making a mistake. There's no automation involved here--it's just you and me! That's my Very Personal Approach to making sure that your experience with Contemporary Concepts is as pleasant as possible!
